Impressive views from the rooms.

The air conditioning was inadequate for the warm weather, making our stay uncomfortable. The shower had a makeshift repair that didn't feel reliable. Additionally, the beds were hard, which really affected our sleep quality throughout our short stay. It was disappointing considering our expectations during our visit to Venice.

The staff member we interacted with was all smiles, super helpful and kind. Also, the location was perfect, close to everything, made it easy to explore.

i loved how clean and beautiful the classic double room was at ca' bragadin e carabba. the staff was super helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us great tips with maps. the location was perfect—quiet yet just a short walk to the rialto bridge!

Unexpected noise in a prime spot

The hotel's prime location allowed us to explore Venice easily, and the spacious room was a wonderful retreat after a day out. We enjoyed having a fridge.

However, the late-night noise from the piazza made it hard to sleep, and the receptionist’s lack of enthusiasm didn’t help the experience.

We also found a little gelato gem, Suso Gelatoteca, that was to die for. Plus, the vibes around L'Osteria di Santa Marina were just perfect for people-watching! Also, the cleanliness and daily room service were on point. you could tell they cared.

Now, a little snag happened when we got the key and no one was around when we checked out, which had us feeling a bit lost. Just a little hiccup, but nothing could dim the Venetian magic!
